RENOVATION OF GRADE II LISTED MANSION APARTMENT, KENSINGTON

Close to the Royal Albert Hall, Castellum was engaged to carry out a sympathetic renovation, refurbishment and fit-out of a 4,500 sqft Grade II listed duplex apartment within a stunning mansion house. Works comprised significant structural alterations including the modification of the first floor stair access, new acoustic suspended floors and extensive room re-modelling. There was a full electrical, AV, mechanical and air-conditioning installation and the project also involved a great deal of work to plaster cornices, mouldings and arches, new stone to floors and walls, and full decoration that included Perlata, feature wallpapers and bespoke joinery throughout.
