On a private Surrey estate, this is a three storey new build family home, combining classic Georgian face brickwork with state-of-the-art internal features, including a Control 4 building management system, a heat recovery system, air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout.
In conjunction with the client and a leading interior designer, Castellum created a beautiful modern interior tailored to the clients’ individual tastes and needs, for a multi-generational family. The pool wing features a 12 metre long, 1.6 metre deep swimming pool, automatic cover, jacuzzi, and steam room.
