Castellum bought a very run down pub in a fabulous location, at the foot of the Surrey Hills.

Planning Permission was achieved to fully refurbish the original pub building, creating four apartments on the first floor for holiday rentals. Planning was also obtained to build four mews houses in the grounds and an office unit with parking for the mews beneath.

The interior design was carried out in-house, as was the branding, The Queen Stage. Castellum completed all works to the pub within 30 weeks and then appointed a team to run it. It has now been ranked the best pub in the area. Please visit www.thequeenstage.co.uk.
