PRIVATE SURREY ESTATEOn the prestigious Burwood Park Estate
in Weybridge, Castellum was appointed on
a Design and Build basis to create an
11,000 sq ft new home which included a
basement and an indoor swimming pool
complex in addition to an annexe, a garage
and a sunken day room.
The façade is a mixture of cut stone detailing, through colour render and stone cladding under a natural slate roof with leaded dormer windows. The property has a large stone portico with stone detailing and some unusual oversized steel bi-fold doors from an enormous kitchen/family room onto the fully landscaped gardens are a particular feature.
The design included a fabulous waterfall into the indoor swimming pool and the whole project took just over 18 months.
