REFURBISHMENT OF GRADE II LISTED TOWN HOUSE

Castellum completed this highly prestigious design and build project in Mount Street in the heart of London’s Mayfair district.

Working with the client and the novated design team including a world renowned interior design practice, Castellum co-ordinated all aspects of the operation including all initial consents & licences with Grosvenor, Westminster borough council and their listed teams.

The scope included taking back the structure to its bear walls, a new mechanical and electrical system throughout incorporating under floor heating and air conditioning. Other features included bespoke joinery scheme throughout, a designer lighting system and control 4 AV system.

Communication and information flow were vital ensuring that this complex project in a sensitive location was completed on time, on budget and to the required high standard.
