Deep Retrofit Luxury Fit Out

Castellum was appointed as the principal contractor on the deep retrofit of eight apartments, across two floors, within a prestigious mixed use property in the heart of Mayfair’s Conservation Area.

Delivering to The Grosvenor Estate’s comprehensive Sustainability Design Brief, Castellum upgraded the property’s infrastructure and common parts in addition to utilising specialist materials to totally refurbish the new apartments.

The site logistics were very complex, with access required to the external façades, basement, lightwells, roof and common parts. This required careful planning and communication with The Grosvenor Estate, other residents and commercial tenants.
