10 LUXURY APARTMENTS
CHELSEA, LONDONThis project involved the conversion of two large houses in Chelsea on behalf of a Middle Eastern Bank, to create ten apartments, working alongside B3R Architects and CAL Development Managers.
Castellum was appointed as Construction Manager for this project which extended to 15,000 sq ft, including the basement level.
There is extensive stonework and book matched marble (hand picked in Italy), along with bespoke joinery and metalwork throughout. A lift was installed and the garden flat features a pavilion with water and fire features.
The ten apartments out-performed market expectations and the entire project took 18 months. Apartment 1 was awarded ‘Best New London Home’ at the London Evening Standard Property Awards 2020.
