Castellum was the Principal Contractor on Phase 2 works at Hyde Park Gate. Located on the southern boundary of Kensington Gardens between Queen’s Gate and De Vere Gardens, Hyde Park Gate is an area of great prestige, housing international embassies as well as being known as the location of Sir Winston Churchill’s former residence.

The scope of works within Phase 2 included the full fit-out of an existing shell and core and new double basement. Castellum work in close collaboration with the design team to conclude the design of the Contractors Design Portion (CDP) elements; comprising a new swimming pool and spa area, all joinery items and MEP installation elements.
