developed as part of the scheme..
Planning was obtained to build four mews houses in the grounds of a public house, along with an office unit with parking for the mews beneath. The interior design was carried out in-house and, in 2025, this mews development project was highly commended at the Guildford Design Awards in the Best Multiple Housing Scheme category. The houses, a mixture of two bed and three bedroom properties, were all built to an exceptional standard and include air-source heating systems.
