NEW BUILD TOWN HOUSE
COTSWOLDSOur client purchased a site we found for them a stone’s throw from the centre of Tetbury.
They achieved planning permission to demolish an existing house and build new within the Cotswold stone walled garden of almost an acre. Castellum was employed, once concepts had been agreed, on a Design and Build basis and building works were completed, despite the challenging access, within 12 months.
A new Cotswold stone house, with ancillary accommodation and garaging, this 5,500 sq ft property has both standing seam metal roofs and a flat sedum roof. The house incorporates bespoke joinery throughout and has been beautifully finished to the clients’ own specification.
