RESTORATION OF A GRADE II LISTED MANOR
COTSWOLDSCastellum undertook the full restoration and refurbishment of a Grade II listed manor house and adjoining cottage in the heart of the Cotswolds.
This very neglected property was acquired by our clients and the project was carried out on a full Design and Build basis with Castellum responsible for all design elements and also for obtaining all the necessary planning and listed building consents.
Works involved extensive remodelling, re-wiring and an entirely new plumbing and heating system. A new kitchen and several new bathrooms were designed and installed and the restoration programme took a little over a year to complete.
