BARN CONVERSIONS NR CIRENCESTER, COTSWOLDS

Castellum bought some derelict barns dating back to 1880, with planning permission to create a single dwelling and managed to gain consent to extend both barns and split the planning permission to create two dwellings. The Granary became a large family home of 5,500 sq ft with garaging, and the Old Grain Store was converted into an 1,800 sq ft single storey dwelling.
Both properties are a successful blend of old and new and have been restored and extended to a high standard by Castellum’s stone masons and joiners.
The interior design and landscaping of this 50 week project was managed in house and the larger of the two properties was sold prior to going to market, with the second one selling within days of being advertised.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_gallery interval=”3″ images=”1502,1498,1499,1501,1477,1478,1481,1482,1483,1484,1485,1494,1495,1503″ img_size=”large” onclick=””][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
