CONTEMPORARY NEW BUILD, KINGSTON-UPON-THAMES
Castellum was appointed by the architect of this striking new home which extends to 8,000 sqft. It includes a basement with an entertainment suite and a separate swimming pool complex with an automatic sliding glass roof.
The 18 month project also included a feature staircase with anodised aluminium fins and other bespoke joinery. Lighting was key to the success of this project which benefits from other specialised finishes: polished plaster work, feature fireplaces and further intricate detailing with shadow gaps throughout. Externally, the property is clad with a mixture of bronze, concrete and cedar. Extensive landscaping works were also undertaken.
