A new project begins
This month Castellum is proud to announce its appointment on a new and prestigious Grade II listed refurbishment project near Regent’s Park, London – it’s all about teamwork!
At Castellum, teamwork isn’t just how we work – it’s who we are. Every great project begins with a great team and ends with something extraordinary and we are very much looking forward to collaborating with renowned interior designers Axel Vervoordt, architectural practice Finch, MEP engineers MNE, structural engineers Price and Myers and Burke Hunter Adams as the QS & PM team on this latest project.
Since its founding in 2004, Castellum has become synonymous with exceptional craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the highest standards in luxury construction. As an award-winning specialist, Castellum’s success has never rested on tools or technology alone – it has been driven by its people. Every successful project, whether a new build or the restoration of an historic estate, stands as a testament to one central truth: a great team makes all the difference.
The foundation of success: people before process
In the world of high-end construction, skill and precision are expected. At Castellum is a deep- rooted belief that excellence is a team effort. Every individual – from site managers and project co- ordinators, to craftspeople and directors – contributes to a collective pursuit of quality.
Culture and respect at the core
Many colleagues have been part of Castellum since the early days, with long service forming an integral part of the company’s story. That continuity speaks volumes about the sense of belonging the company fosters. In fact, several team members who once moved on have since returned to the fold, drawn back by the strong sense of community and shared purpose that defines Castellum.
At the helm since the very beginning, Founding Directors Ben and Chris have nurtured this culture with unwavering commitment. As Castellum continues to expand and take on ever more ambitious projects, maintaining that ethos of openness, trust and togetherness remains of paramount importance.
